Mentor – Mentee Project

The mentor – mentee project aims to develop a supportive relationship allowing a mentee to learn and profit from the experience of a mentor. As well as allowing a mentor to develop being able to support a mentee.

The role of the mentor:

  • Explain how to sign up in EasySpeak and pathways
  • Help with the first 4 roles: Icebreaker, timer, ah-counter, evaluation
  • Clarify with your mentee when and how you will collaborate (dates, way of communication, timing)
  • Help and support the mentee to integrate into the club

The role of the mentee:

  • Contact your mentor (via e-mail, telephone or meeting) to schedule and start to prepare the first 4 roles
  • Sign up in EasySpeak for the 4 first roles: Icebreaker, timer, ah-counter, evaluation
  • Clarify with your mentee when and how you will collaborate dates, way of communication, timing)
  • Ask for help and support
